N2 - Since 2022, the use of chatbot application software, such as ChatGPT, has been on the rise, with numerous applications in business, entertainment, and education. This study focuses on analyzing and evaluating human emotions and immersion during interactions with a virtual avatar model powered by ChatGPT functionality and augmented reality (AR) technology. Human impressions and emotions are quantified through sentiment polarity analysis of their reactions in a simulated job interview scenario. At the same time, immersion is assessed based on their emotional reactions to the avatar.
