抄録

The clinical application of ^99mTc-sestamibi, ^99mTc-tetrofosmin, ¹²³I-BMIPP (15-(p-iodo-phenyl)-3-(R,S)-methyl-pentadecanoic acid), and ¹²³I-MIBG (Metaiodoguanisine) myocardial scintigraphy is documented in this article. ^99mTc-sestamibi and ^99mTc-tetrofosmin scintigraphy represent myocardial perfusion and ¹²³I-BMIPP and ¹²³I-MIBG represent myocardial fatty acid metabolism and sympathetic nerve activity. Each scintigraphy provides much useful information on patients with cardiac disorders. Sufficient knowledge of these methods leads to appropriate applications of myocardial scintigraphy.
