宮内庁書陵部蔵『類標』をめぐって――近世後期における索引の登場とその思想――

研究成果: 研究成果報告書

抄録

I conducted a thorough investigation of the text titled Ruihyo, an index compendium housed in the Imperial Household Archives. Ruihyo is a genre of text that made it possible to search the content of a given work by page number. It is also a text that shows us something about contemporary practices of textual research. This particular ruihyo is composed mostly of (1) a smaller ruihyo collection planned by the late Edo nativistscholar (kokugakusha) Kurokawa Harumura 黒川春村, and (2) books belonging to his sponsor, Hori Naotada 掘直格. I discovered that this ruihyo in its current shape is made up of texts that circulated among a number of nativist scholars associated with these two.
