大学院心理科学研究科臨床心理学専攻の教育

We have the graduate school of clinical psychology in the Kanazawa Institute of Technology. It is unusual in engineering institutes or colleges in the world. So there are many novices in clinical psychology and training system here. This article tries to explain the specificity in the graduate program of the clinical psychology. It includes four sections, that is, training practitioners with scientific orientation , training practitioners of service to clients , post graduate training , and summary . We describe our program in detail and emphasize the importance of training of practitioners. Finally, we discuss the necessity for discussion of a training program of clinical psychologist from the nationwide view in Japan.
