Abstract
A high quality Nh-based tunnel junction with a dimension of 200 mu m x 200 mu m was tested by irradiating with x-rays. Two kinds of stable operation modes were observed by applying a magnetic field with different ramping speeds. The junction exhibited a good response to x-rays of 5.9 keV, and FWHM (full width at half maximum) of 93 eV was obtained.
