Abstract

This study explores Well-being AI's potential to enhance human health, happiness, and cultural understanding through the application of artificial intelligence (AI). It examines the dual impact of digital technology on well-being—its benefits and challenges—including issues like data bias, the need for transparency, and the role of AI in fostering positive human cognition and lifestyle improvements. Moreover, this study addresses AI's societal implications, emphasizing its role in promoting diversity and addressing digital misinformation. We advocate for the ethical and socially responsible development of AI to support individual happiness and broader societal well-being.
