Abstract
This article examines adopted children's "Right to know their origins" in Japan and Korea, focusing on the legal discussion and also the preservation and disclosure of adoption records, which are closely related to the "Right to know their origins". The purpose of this article is to provide suggestions for discussions in Japan through comparison between two countries (Volume1).
